Signing up Most of the features on Stockxpert are only accessible to members, so we strongly recommend you to sign. up. To do this, simply click on Sign up in the menu on the left. Please fill out the form accurately. You must provide a valid, working e-mail address, otherwise you won't be able to use the site. After the sign up process you should receive an e-mail from us with an account activation link. By clicking on the link or copy pasting it to your browser you can activate your account and sign in. If for some reason the e-mail doesn't arrive you can request it again by clicking on Forgot pass on the left, or please contact our Customer support. » Click here to sign up now! Signing in To sign in just type your username and password into the sign in form at the top of the page. If you forgot your username and/or password, you can reset it by clicking on the Forgot pass button in the menu on the left. Don't forget that you need to have javascript and cookies enabled to be able to log in. Editing your profile You can edit your account and personal details on the My account / Profile page. You must fill in all the fields marked by *, just like when signing up. To change your password just type the new one twice. You can upload a small profile picture with the Avatar uploader on the My account / Profile page. The form is on the right hand side. Viewing your balance and making purchases Although you can view your balance on the top of the screen, on the My account / Balance page you can find more information on your credits, subscription status and - if you are a contributing artist - sales. Customers can also purchase download credits and track their purchases here, and this is the place where contributors can request their earnings. Tracking your downloads You can track your downloads at the My account / Downloads section. On Stockxpert you are not paying for the image, but the download itself, so if you want to get the same file once more, you will have to pay again. There is an exception to this though. To make sure you get the file without any problems, there is a 3-hour window where you can download the file again for free if something went wrong the first time. This way you will never have to worry about wasted downloads.
